January Garden to do's

PLANT

• Finish planting pre-chilled bulbs like daffodils, hyacinth, muscari, and tulips - if you are behind still and didn’t get them in December.

• Cold hardy transplants tucked in outside - pansies, snapdragons, kale, Swiss chard, calendulas, dianthus, and sweet peas to name a few. Spinach and snap peas mid to late in the month.

• Transplant plants during this dormant period. I have a lantana or two that I would like to move.

• Anemones, ranunculus, asparagus, berries, English peas, grapes, onions, potatoes, and other fruit and pecan trees
